In addition, they learned about bullying…how to spot it and how to stop it. The “DARE decision making model” gave us a tool to “Just Say No”. Our sixth graders have written essays and the winners are Ryan Hollingsworth & Maggi Quigg, Adam Deitsch and Sam Brenneke. We are prepared and proud!

Our drive will be held on Tuesday, May 7, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Chuck Mosey Memorial Gym. All students, parents, parishioners, and friends of Seton are welcome to sign up to donate. Requirement to donate are as follows: you must be at least 17 years old and weigh at least 110 lbs. Students who are 16 may donate with parental permission. You can call the school office for a time to donate or go online to www.donortime.com. Click on Find a Drive and type in 979 in the sponsor code box. From there you can schedule an appointment to be part of our drive. Give the gift of life today!

The date is Thursday, May 9th from 5:30 -6:30 PM at the Seton Primary Building.  Please park in the rear of the building, and enter through the back entrance.

 These four-year tuition scholarships are for undergraduate  study in Baccalaureate programs at any four-year college or university in  the state.  All tuition and other required fees  for each year of college are covered by this scholarship.  An annual  $800 book stipend is also included.
Andrea Stuckey, an officer with the Wayne County  Foundation, surprised Adam with the award this morning at school.  Adam  was also presented with an IUPUI sweatshirt.  Adam’s parents,  Charles and Terri Schroeder, were on hand for the presentation.
Adam is a member of St. Andrew Parish.  For life after  high school, Adam will head to Indiana University Purdue University  Indianapolis, where he plans to major in Biology/Pre-med.
An outstanding honor for an exemplary young man.  Congratulations, Adam!
