Late in the evening of Tuesday, August 2nd, 12 Chinese students, along with a school Headmaster and translator, arrived at the Dayton International Airport and were greeted by their Seton host families. Since their arrival, our guests have sampled American culture, toured local landmarks and government institutions, hit the Cordell Municipal
Pool and other area amusements, tried out a trampoline, and have experienced a number of other things that we call “Hoosier Hospitality.” I applaud and admire the host families who volunteered to welcome our guests into their homes and lives. Each one of our host families serves as a powerful witness to the Gospel. Over the next three weeks, our Chinese guests will attend school in our buildings; 11 students at the High School and one at the Elementary.
