ACP & TACO-U Courses

Due to the guidelines set out in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Seton Catholic High School does not have direct access to students’ official transcripts when they are taking a dual-credit course.  In fact, most of the responsibility falls squarely on the student-college rules; not ours.

It is very important that the student be proactive in obtaining an official copy of his/her college transcript once he/she has completed the college course in order for this transcripted grade to appear on his/her high school transcript.  This is especially important for those students who are using the dual-credit requirement to pursue an Academic Honors Diploma.   This transcript needs to be turned in to Mrs.Stamm by the deadlines listed below to ensure that the student meets the graduation requirements for the Academic Honors Diploma.

If your student is currently taking a TACO-U class, he/she must provide a copy of his/her official transcript from IVY Tech to Mrs. Stamm.If your student will be taking a TACO-U class next semester, he/she must provide a copy of his/her official transcript from IVY Tech to Mrs. Stamm.

If your student is participating in ACP classes through IU East, he/she will need to provide a copy of his/her official transcript from IU East to Mrs. Stamm.
